Meditation can be a powerful practice, especially for small business owners who are often wearing many hats and can suffer from overwhelm and burnout.
If you're ready to start, the π key is to start small: aim for 2 or 3 minutes where you just focus on your breath. Notice your thoughts, but try to let them pass by like cars on the street.
