💼 雇用形態：
* スタイリスト: フルタイム（週40時間）、パートタイム、または面貸し（週1日・8時間から）
* アシスタント: フルタイム（週40時間）またはパートタイム

* スタイリスト: 固定給 + 歩合給 + チップ（経験や業績に応じて変動）
* アシスタント: 時給 + チップ（スキルアップにより昇給あり）
* 歩合率は業績に応じてアップ。すぐに収入増加を目指せます。

* 柔軟なシフト調整やサポート体制が充実

📅 休日・休暇：
* フルタイムの方は完全週休2日制
