Today was all about refreshing, switching things up, and creating something new.

I started with a touch-up on a Bora Bora style I created a few weeks ago. We refreshed the look, added some color, and gave it a whole new feel without having to start completely over.

Then it was time for my next client, and we switched things up completely with a Lemonade Fulani Boho look. ✨

Two clients. Two completely different looks. New energy all around.

One thing I really love about what I do is being able to meet my clients where they are sometimes that means maintaining a style they already love, and sometimes it means creating something completely different.

Hair doesn’t always have to mean starting over. Sometimes, all it needs is a little refresh. 🤎

Tips to Reconnect With Yourself:
1. Take five minutes of silence before reacting to anything.
2. Write down one need you’ve been ignoring — and meet it today.
3. Do one thing that brings you joy, even if it’s small.
4. Say “no” to anything that drains you, even if it’s uncomfortable.
5. Place your hand on your heart and breathe deeply — remind yourself you matter.
