Originally from Denver 🏔️, Russel started his career in Los Angeles ☀️ before building a loyal clientele in San Francisco, where he helped create Carmichael Salon and a haircare line called Two Boys and a Girl ✂️✨

After spending time exploring the California desert 🌵, he finally made his NYC dream happen and joined Union Beauty in 2019 🗽💛

Russel loves creating customized looks based on your face shape, skin tone, and everyday lifestyle because great hair should work for you 🔥 Whether it’s soft lived-in color, rich dimension, or a full refresh, he brings creativity and attention to every detail 🎨

Fun fact: besides hair, Russel has also worked in real estate for 30 years 🏡✨ flipping and designing homes with the same creative eye he brings to the salon

Before Union Beauty, Angela was the former Color Director at Antonio Prieto Salon in Chelsea and also worked at East Village favorite Whistle Salon ✂️ She trained at the Aveda Institute and continued advanced education with Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Eufora, and Goldwell 💫

Fun fact: Rupaul's Dragrace star DiDa Ritz once told Angela she wanted a wig made from her hair 😂👑 honestly? iconic behavior

A true fixture in Park Slope 💛 Laurie brings 20 plus years of experience and serious artistry to the chair 🎨✨ The former owner of Pomona Beauty Sanctuary in South Slope, her roots here run deep.

Laurie trained with Vidal Sassoon and over the years leveled up with Arrojo, Aveda, and Eufora, so yeah, she knows her stuff 🔥 An everyday hair magician, Laurie loves razor cutting and customized hair transformations. And as a certified Devacurl specialist, she can really turn a curly look.

Originally from Alabama with a BFA in painting 🎨, Laurie brings a creative eye to everything she does. She’s also a certified yoga & meditation instructor 🧘‍♀️💛 so expect calm, good energy in her chair.

When she’s not behind the chair, she’s probably singing some Amy Winehouse 🎤✨

Ebony is a color mastermind who slings killer haircuts at Union Beauty Salon in Park Slope 💛 Ebony joined the fam in 2017, bringing 10 years of experience from California and a whole lot of creative energy ✨

She’s known for bold fantasy colors 🌈, bright blondes 💁‍♀️, and beautiful hair painting techniques that turn heads every time. She's also a curl specialist and has a vision for you whatever your texture. Whether you want a full transformation or just a fresh glow-up, Ebony’s got you!

Ebony is all about making you feel comfortable, confident, and right at home the second you sit in her chair 🫶

Outside the salon, she’s a big Steelers fan 🖤💛, loves her pup Mooney 🐶 (you might even meet her in the salon!), and dreams of opening a pet ranch one day in Solvang, California 🐾 In her chair, feel free to ask her about her journey to cat lady status.

He started out at Cowboys & Angels in San Francisco (where he became Color Director 👑) and later spent 10 years at Antonio Prieto Salon in Chelsea. He’s trained in 6+ color lines and is a certified R+Color specialist 💫

Lawrence loves the freehand painting of balayage 🎨 and is a go-to for color correction aka fixing those “uh oh” hair moments and turning them into magic ✨
