little late but still on time…
June 25th marked another trip around the sun, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This birthday wasn’t just about celebrating a number it was about celebrating growth, resilience, healing, purpose, and all the beautiful lessons and blessings that have shaped me along the way.
As I continue aging backwards, I’m embracing every blessing, every challenge, every single opportunity, and every new beginning with an open heart and a spirit full of gratitude. God has carried me through seasons I never thought I’d make it through, (Whew Chile) and for that, I am forever thankful. (God knows)
To everyone who called, texted, posted, prayed for me, celebrated with me, or simply thought of me thank you. Your love did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate each and every one of you.

I’m beyond grateful to share that The Ebony Canal will be screening at the 79th Cannes Film Festival in France🇫🇷! This is a monumental moment one of the first maternal/infant health films to grace this stage. Huge thanks to our incredible producer, the entire crew, and the powerful voiceover by Viola Davis. Every mother, every story is seen here. Together, we rise, we advocate, and we make history. Join us in this movement!

I’m beyond grateful for yet another blessing from God to be part of something so impactful, so purposeful, and so necessary. Thank you to the Ebony Canal production team for trusting me to contribute to a story that amplifies the importance of women’s maternal health and the reality of access to proper care during pregnancy.

This is bigger than a moment it’s movement, it’s awareness, it’s legacy.

To have this powerful message brought to life with narration by EGOT winner Viola Davis is truly an honor and a privilege.

We are creating history with a dynamic, purpose driven cast and crew I’m just grateful to be a vessel.
