We do require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to avoid a last-minute cancelation should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last minute cancelations will be subject a 50% cancelation fee. No-call/No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancelation fee. Please make sure to get ahead of us more than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a last-minute cancelation. We will not honor future reservations of No-show customers.

All service sales and gift card sales are final. If you are not happy with your nails , Please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

❤︎ GUARANTEE ❤︎

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first seven days, Please call/text us to schedule a free repair. Please remember that nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind of your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after service. Traditional polish service are not guaranteed.
