I’ve been stripping back a lot of things lately trying to live in what’s real.
Be present in my body.
First, she’s been telling your girl to STRETCH 🤣 I guess I haven’t in like a decade.
And intuitively I’ve been wearing less makeup.

Started back therapy to heal from the middle school mean girls in my head. I’ll keep you posted on the journey
I cut this for time but my boyfriend also broke up with me at the same dance. It was not my best moment.
This unexpected girl hate was the origin story of me masking and overanalyzing. It so sad how life changing experiences like this can be.
I think one of my worst fears is being misunderstood, it leading to social cutoff and not having the chance to talk it out.
I want to heal my way to being able to stand firm in my worth and value even when someone gives me the bad read. To not have it hijack my brain or to caveat everything I say to death to prevent it.
And to not let fear of being misunderstood keep me from sharing what means something to me and could help others heal and love themselves.
