"The space on the 4th floor will be available April 1, huge office space is also available for use as one studio or can be subdivided.
This floor has two restrooms for the use of the 4th floor only
The rents are $1100 for studio 4c (it's totally renovated) and $2500 for the other entire space, less if subdivided.
Including all utilities there is also an alarm system which can be activated and an intercom."
