Me and my bestie in our 40s looking better than we did in our 20s and honestly… it’s because this is basically a part-time job now 😂

Back then:
zero sleep
late night meals
vodka sodas
random workouts
using makeup wipes as skincare

Now:
strength training
Pilates
protein goals
SPF
