Optimise Fit Phuket Khun Kate is a knowledgeable Massage Therapist trained well in her field!!! I highly recommend the sports massage the facilities are also clean, comfortable, and accommodating! Had a hamstring pull from a weightlifting session and she was able to use multiple techniques including Proproceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching to get me back to feeling near 💯
