SHADE TIME 💅🏾 Ok now I will admit the first time hearing the term “medical nail technician” I busted out laughing because the video I was watching where this young lady self proclaimed herself as a “Medical nail tech” , she was doing everything that a LICENSED technician is instructed BY LAW NOT TO DO 🤦🏽‍♀️. Ladies, I know y’all hate that I don’t provide pedicure services but I can definitely educate you on what you Should be looking for in a pedicurist. FIRST and most IMPORTANT make sure she is licensed. Your feet are your support so keep in mind they absorb stress that your fingernails do not, so just because it’s good for your finger nails, DOES NOT mean it’s good for your feet!!! Unfortunately one of the biggest issues I’ve had with working in a salon setting and accepting walk ins, is that I turn away service to anyone with discoloration or abrasion on the natural nail. Green nails are NOT natural. I’ve been cursed out and more for situations where I will remove the product from the previous tech and discover odor, discoloration and even puss. By LAW I cannot touch you beyond a safe removal and a recommendation that you DO NOT seek services elsewhere and that you seek medical attention. Any Nail Technician willing to continue service is obviously ONLY concerned about the money… Toenail enhancements are NOT a restoration NOR is it a solution, IT IS ONLY COSMETIC & CAN/WILL assist in further damage to your toenail. If you are prone to ingrowns, discoloration, build up or fungus GO TO A MEDICAL OFFICE AND SEEK A SPECIALIST. I understand the insecurity that you can develop due to bad toe nails, but I promise the solution is not in covering them with enhancement, get it treated the proper way, a few months with proper care and you’d be amazed and just how beautiful your natural toenail can be. PATIENCE IS VIRTUE LADIES 💋 I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Still working and STILL watching in the cut at what these new “Nail Technicians” are doing and I must say I’m disgusted. Y’all know I’m not one to curve my mouth about anything but I’m going to start off slow with the MANY things I’ve seen being done to women over the pandemic and I have to say I’m surprised NO ONE is asking to see a damn license before you let these YouTube educated techs destroy your nails!!! I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S SO HARD ABOUT READING 🤷🏽‍♀️... BUT THE PROBLEM IS THERE'S NO RESPECT. THE BEAUTY OF MY BUSINESS IS THAT IT IS MINE TO CONTROL WHICH MEANS I DON'T HAVE TO OPERATE THE SAME AS OTHERS. IF YOU'RE ONLY INTERESTED IN SOMEONE WHO WILL SET THERE EXPECTATIONS ASIDE FOR $$ THEN I'M NOT YOUR NAIL TECH...I WORK WITH MY HANDS ALL DAY. SHOW ME ENOUGH RESPECT TO NOT ENGAGE IN A CONVERSATION THAT DOESN'T NEED TO BE HAD. WE CAN TALK AND GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER AT THE TABLE💁🏽‍♀️...PERSONAL OPINIONS ABOUT ME ARE LESS THAN IRRELEVANT BECAUSE I WAKE UP EVERYDAY AND GET TO DO WHAT I LOVE BY CHOICE 🥰💅🏾...

SORRY LADIES...I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR IGNORANCE AND GAME PLAY... IT TOOK LESS THAN 2HRS FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE ME QUESTION WHY THEIR MOTHER DIDN'T SWALLOW 🤷🏽‍♀️..... YEAH I SAID IT SO WHAT AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT STOP HIDING BEHIND FAKE PAGES, NAMES AND NUMBERS!
