So instead of negotiating with myself for another day, I changed my clothes and got moving.

I’m constantly thinking about how to make it better. How to elevate the experience. What we can offer next. How we can grow. How I can serve you better.

There is SO much happening behind the scenes right now that I cannot wait to share with you all. 👀✨

But I’m also reminding myself that growth doesn’t require you to run at full speed every single day.

Slow down when you need to.
Take the deep breath.
Give yourself a moment.
Then keep pushing.

Consistency doesn’t mean never getting tired. It means continuing to show up for the life you said you wanted, even when some days require a little more grace than others.

I really walked into this office thinking, “Oh, I can paint this myself.” And technically… I could.

But then my man showed up. 🤎

One thing I love about him is I don’t have to ask. He sees what I’m working on and he’s coming to help. Period. And this time he brought our little helper with him too. 🥹

Thankfully, he’s a contractor and we renovate houses, so painting these walls is definitely not new territory for us. 😂 What would’ve taken me FOREVER by myself turned into a family project and got done a whole lot faster.

And slowly but surely… THE VISION IS VISIONING. 😮‍💨🤍

I love showing y’all this part because entrepreneurship isn’t always the cute finished office, the clients, and the pretty content.

Sometimes it’s paint on your clothes, Starbucks runs, carrying supplies, late nights, and looking around thinking, “Okay… what’s next?” 😂

But every coat of paint is one step closer to creating the Ozara experience I see in my head. 🤎

New space. Bigger vision. Still BECOMING HER.

Part 2 of the office move and apparently my first order of business was… Starbucks. 😂☕️

Newark, Delaware girlies & gents, we’re backkkkk. 🤎

I’m not even really a Starbucks girly, but moving an entire office suite felt like an appropriate time to indulge a little. 😂 Then it was straight to work: paint supplies loaded up, hauled into the building, and operation “these walls HAVE to go” officially began.

Because when I walked into the new suite and looked at that paint…

Yeah… no. 😭😂

The vision is clean, bright, luxe and intentional, so WHITE walls it is. 🤍

And the last clip of me silently eating my Starbucks wrap while staring around the room is basically entrepreneurship in one scene:

“Okay… what did I get myself into?” 😂😂😂

But little by little, we’re bringing the vision to life.

New suite. New look. Bigger vision. Same goal. 🤎

I started my aesthetics business in 2023, but my love for beauty goes wayyy back. Some of y’all may not know this, but your girl even owned a hair salon back in the day. 👀

Then I became a nurse and discovered a space where I could blend two things I genuinely love: beauty + medicine. And once I realized that was possible? Oh, I was OFF. 😂💉

I started small. Shared office spaces. Building my clientele. Learning. Investing. Reinvesting. Figuring things out as I went.

And now I’m standing here ripping down wallpaper because Ozara is growing again. 🥹

Entrepreneurship hasn’t been one giant leap. It’s been a whole bunch of little decisions that eventually started looking like progress.

And we still have a LONG way to go. The vision in my head is much bigger than where we are today but I’m learning to appreciate every stage while I build toward it.

From shared spaces → my own suite → now a bigger suite… and eventually? 👀
