Your first CrossFit class is the beginning of a new journey. No matter your fitness level, the most important thing is being willing to learn and challenge yourself. In this class, you'll be introduced to the fundamental movements, learn how classes are structured, and discover that every workout can be adapted to your individual needs.

You don’t need to “prepare” in a regular gym before starting CrossFit.
Our workouts are fully scalable for beginners, with safe progressions, proper coaching, and movements adapted to your pace.
If you’re ready to begin, you can start right away — CrossFit is complete enough to be your first step into training.

🔥 WORKOUT 3: THE FINAL PUSH

The championship event.

Split your house into 2 groups of 6.

One group attacks the engine.
One group attacks the strength work.

When both groups finish, the entire house comes together for one final challenge:

6 pairs.
10 synchro Devil Presses each.

This is where the House Cup will be won.

🌊 WORKOUT 2: HOUSE WAVES

This is where teamwork wins.

Each house is divided into 3 groups of 4.

Every athlete is assigned one movement for the entire workout.

Your group works together. If one athlete isn’t finished… nobody moves on.

Complete 12 Waves as fast as possible.

The House Cup kicks off with speed.

Each house sends 6 pairs through the course. Both athletes race through the workout together, but the next pair can’t start until both teammates finish.
