This year Fran and Co Hair Studio is supporting the Wildcat Cupboard.

Did you know that 70% of people that utilize SNAP benefits are employed?

Others are senior citizens or people with disabilities that have fixed incomes. Many are parents (sometimes single) just trying to survive and raise their kids.

The Licking County Coalition of Care is partnering with Newark City Schools to create the Wildcat Cupboard. This food pantry will be available to any student in the district who's family struggles with food insecurity. Students and families will be referred to this service as identified by School staff, or upon request by a student or family member.

The only eligibility requirement is that they be a student in the school district.

Items can be dropped off at Fran and Co. Hair Studio
29 S. 29th Street at your next appointment or anytime another stylist is there!
