✨June was about returning to the foundation—refining my skills, strengthening my approach as an educator, and pouring back into the next generation of estheticians. Teaching has reminded me that mastery isn’t about knowing everything; it’s about remaining a student of your craft while becoming confident enough to share what you’ve learned. This month brought me back to the heart of why I started: great technique, intentional education, and a genuine love for this industry.

✨July reminded me that growth doesn’t always happen behind the treatment bed. I made room for fun, new experiences, networking, and genuine community—from spending time with my fellow estheticians to joining Studio Girl Walk and celebrating friendship and connection at Pink & Petals. After spending so much time building, July gave me permission to simply experience, connect, and enjoy the people and spaces around me. Community has become just as important to this journey as the work itself.

✨August has been about rebuilding with intention. I’ve been redefining what BriiLuxe stands for, reevaluating where we’re going, and creating a vision that reflects the experience I want people to feel when they enter this next chapter with us. This isn’t about becoming bigger just for the sake of growth—it’s about becoming more intentional, elevated, intimate, and aligned. The foundation is being rebuilt, the vision is becoming clearer, and expansion is closer than ever.

From the speakers and education to the conversations, connections, and overall atmosphere, each part of this event felt thoroughly curated to address what estheticians truly need!! not only more knowledge, but genuine community, partnership, support, and room to grow.

Our industry is constantly evolving, and experiences like this remind me that none of us are meant to build alone. There is so much value in being able to come together, exchange knowledge, learn from one another, create meaningful relationships, and have honest conversations about where we are and where we want to go next.

As an esthetician, business owner, and educator, I left feeling affirmed in the direction I’m taking. I’m committed to continuing to grow, share what I know, remain teachable, and help hold a higher standard within the aesthetics community—one rooted in education, integrity, collaboration, and real partnership.
