Update on STACKED SANDWICH SHOP.
We have hired 4 to 5 people, so that tells you we are very close to openning. We have one inspection to conclude and we are making preparations for that beforehand We are so close!! We put a lot of things together from lemonade, ice tea to ice creme, slushies to wraps and sandwiches, even for those in a hurry we have a small display cooler on counter for pre-made sandwiches, take cold or we can do a quick warm up. For our first adventure in this type of buisness we have covered a lot of bases.

Update on Sandwich, soup, cheese and ice creme shop in my old building in downtown Newaygo, 42 state rd. We are about 2 to 3 weeks from opening, just need 1 more inspection and one more license. Although it is a partnership (I own it and partner runs it, equal share) i am the silent partner and will spend my time at the barber shop. Maybe a couple hours a week at the sandwich shop

Update on the sandwich shop in my old building downtown Newaygo, 42 share rd. We are about 2 weeks away from opening, Everything is done except health dept inspections and one more license. Plumbing and electrical has passed their inspections, We do have a walk up window as well, mainly for the icw creme, slushies and other cold things

Projected opening month for the sandwich shop in my building downtown Newaygo (42 state rd.) is March. It is going to be much more then just a sandwich shop, no specific date has been set yet, stay tuned.

There has been talk about a sandwich shop comming to my building in Newaygo and the answer is it is true and I am part owner. Don't know when we are opening but all the equipment has been bought and arriving this week. We have some work to do and some hoops to jump through. Ill be 50% owner. We are having a variety of sandwiches, cheeses, possibly soups, slushie machine with 3 flavors and 8 different kinds of ice creme (Not soft serve, those machine break down alot). I will not be there much and will continue running my barber shop as usual. Im hoping it will allow me to take a little time once in a while to help rescue Decker terriers ( i have 2 and very attached to that breed of amazing dog).

I will be closed Thanksgiving but will be open normal hours the day before. I continue doing haircuts after hours by appt for those with busy scheduals
