The aim is always to help relieve pain, tension and dysfunction, in a relaxing environment. Some of the massage specialties I offer are Deep Tissue, Sports Massage (therapeutic resistance stretching and muscle energy techniques), Myofascial Release, Motor Vehicle Injury, and Trigger Point Therapy. Pre-natal massage is also available.
