Sharpe Equine Bodywork LLC

A massage for your horse is not just pampering!

Massage (noun): the manual manipulation of muscles and joints via hand techniques; especially to relieve tension or pain

Sports Massage is considered a preventative maintenance. A sports massage differs from other forms of massage in that it focuses on the CAUSE of the muscle injury, along with the RELIEF of muscular pain, and aids in the PREVENTION of future injuries to those muscles. The particular discipline(s) of an athlete are also taken into consideration as different disciplines will put more (or less) strain on certain muscles.

Welcome to Sharpe Equine Bodywork LLC!

My name is Camryn Sharpe and I am a certified equine and canine Massage Therapist specializing in Equissage techniques. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in August 2022 with a degree in psychology and a minor in business. I have been working with and riding horses for 15 years and counting!

I decided I wanted to be an equine massage therapist when I was 14 years old. My late dressage show horse, Buster, received massages for his stiff back and it changed his life (and mine) for the better! Now I want to help you and your horse/canine have a healthier, happier, and more comfortable life!
