However, we’ve recently experienced many no-show appointments—clients who choose their own appointment time but do not show up and do not call.

When this happens, that time cannot be given to another client, and it directly affects our staff and small business.

📌 Our Appointment Policy
• Please cancel at least 3 hours in advance
• No call / no show → future bookings will be walk-in only
• To re-book after a missed appointment, 100% of the missed service fee will be required

Deposits and no-show fees are standard business practices in many salons to protect our time and our technicians. This policy applies to all clients, including regular and loyal ones.
