There’s something really special about what happens inside my treatment room that has nothing to do with lashes, brows, facials, or skincare.

These four walls have held so many conversations.

I’ve listened to my clients talk about dreams they’re chasing, and then months or years later, I get to watch those dreams become their real life. I’ve celebrated new jobs, new homes, pregnancies, engagements, weddings, businesses, accomplishments and fresh starts.

I’ve also sat with them through heartbreak, loss, disappointment, uncertainty, grief and seasons of life that just feel heavy.

And then there’s everything in between.. the random life updates, the venting, the laughing until our stomachs hurt, the “you will not believe what happened” stories, and all of the little moments that make up a life.

I get to watch people grow, heal, change, accomplish things they once only talked about, and become new versions of themselves right in front of me.

It’s such a unique thing to know someone through so many different chapters of their life.

Of course I love what I do, but I think this will always be my favorite part of it.

6 years as an esthetician🥹🤍

And something I realized recently is that SO many of you only know me as your lash girl.

For the past 3 years especially, lashes have become such a huge part of my business, and I absolutely love doing them, but what some of you may not know is how much I LOVE skin.

Facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, corrective treatments… getting to analyze your skin, figure out what it needs, and actually watch it change over time is one of my favorite parts of being an esthetician.

So this is my little PSA to all of my lash girls who have been lying on my table for months (or YEARS 😂) and have never had a facial with me:

Alayna is so incredibly talented, and I was beyond excited when she agreed to bring my vision to life and paint the window at Aubree’s Aesthetics. Watching her create this from start to finish was so much fun, and somehow it turned out even better than I imagined🥹
