Every cleanser, toner, scrub, mask, serum and moisturizer is created using minimal processing and is tested for its efficacy. It is an honor to carry a line that has “European Union” approval considering its strict policies. Treatments are considered healing arts, by intuitively combining beautifully soothing music with the likes of meditative massage techniques and the purest ingredients in products. In her early years, Kira was active in beauty pageants stealing the judge’s hearts with her sassy attitude and bright smile. Although competing was a blast, getting ready was her favorite part. With just a swipe of lip gloss and a dab of blush, she felt like a million bucks! From that point on she knew the beauty industry was her cup of tea. All through High school she became more familiar with what aesthetics consisted of and was more certain of which career path she wanted to take. In 2016 Kira graduated from The Salon Professional Academy, at the top of her class, as a level 4 Aesthetician. She was honored to accept the award for, “Bioelements Student of the Year” during her college studies. In 2017 she achieved her dream of owning and operating a Luxurious Aesthetic Experience, making Komplexions her main focus. Kira is very adamant about continuing her education and in September of 2017 became a Master Aesthetician. She has also won many awards in makeup, including finalizing in the NAHA makeup competition. Her work has also been featured in, “Professional Photographer Magazine”. As a young aesthetician, she keeps up with the new and improved skin care techniques and trends keeping you young and stylish.

I am beyond blessed to have been a small part of the restoration of women’s beauty in Newburgh for going on 9 years now. Beauty has been a constant in my life. From local pageants as a little girl, to makeup and strip lashes as a teenager, to now being a mom who appreciates a much more natural, simple kind of beauty. And the older I get, the more I realize just how important the canvas is. Your skin is your largest ORGAN. Yes, skincare is actually healthcare! What if where you are right now isn’t random?
You may be surprised you’re here, but God is not. Esther didn’t know why she was placed where she was until God needed to use her.
Maybe the same is true for us.
The people we encounter, the jobs we have or don’t have, even in the slowing down of autumn.
Maybe God plants us in certain places “for such a time as this”.
Your ordinary season may be someone else’s divine encounter. 🤍

Ecclesiastes 3:1
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
This is true for the Earth, our lives, and also our skin! We live in a society that constantly tells us to do more, fix more, exfoliate more, achieve more, and never slow down. I mean Our Maker who never tires even took the 7th day to rest. I assume he displayed that to us so we don’t experience burnout. It’s simply not sustainable otherwise.
Sometimes we need to stop pushing and start restoring.Our skin is craving a season of repair. This autumn we can focus on strengthening the barrier, restoring what has been depleted, addressing skin concerns, and giving our skin the time and nourishment it needs to recover.
Rest is preparation.
Rest is restoration.
And sometimes, rest is exactly what makes the next season of blooming possible. 🤍

Beauty school put a bad taste in my mouth ever since I watched Grease as a kid. “Beauty school dropout” it just felt like the lowest of the lows to drop out of BEAUTY school?! Until I felt the Lord pull me to it. The art peaked my interest but I had no way to fully unpack all that Jesus had intended it to be. What I didn’t know is that He had my 3 unborn babies in mind when he planted that seed in my heart. He knew I’d love to pick them up and drop them off at school like my mom did for me. He knew that flexibility in schedule was needed since kids were involved. He went before me with my parents and aunt who showed me how business works so one day I could open a little space and call it my own. There was a point in time that I questioned if I heard Him correctly. My little buisness was slow and I was questioning if I was doing enough. Then he opened my eyes. I was able to see the community he gave me. Somehow that little room became a ministry of some sorts. Not just mine, but yours too. Something beautiful happens in that space. I can’t explain it, but I know whose behind it. And for that I’m forever grateful🤍
