Sankofa Massage & Coaching

Even though I’m sad to leave the Pleasant Street space of 12.5 years, it has served me well. And I’m excited for this new chapter.

In 2012, I moved my home and business on the same day to Newburyport just before the first snow storm of the season. I didn’t know it at the time, but that would soon prove to be one of the best decisions.

It was in this space that I grew my client base and found my niche. I expanded as a person and business owner.

After 20 years of coaching and mentoring, I obtained my certifications in Life Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming and Trauma-Informed Coaching.

Intentionally blending all of the many hats I’d been wearing. I gained clarity on how I wanted to incorporate holistic nursing, coaching and bodywork.

With the brand refresh and an updated name, Sankofa Massage & Coaching became a practice integrating pain and injury based bodywork with the option of life and trauma recovery coaching.

I’m a couple of weeks late but WOW! I can’t believe it’s been 17 years since opening Sankofa Massage & Coaching (formally Sankofa Massage & Bodywork).

It’s been an incredible journey to see how my practice has evolved into what it is today.

I am so grateful for all of your support and commitment to yourselves to better your health in every aspect. Some of you have been with me since the very beginning and for some, not as long. No matter the length, I thank you for trusting and choosing me to be apart of that change.
