The Raindrop Treatment is something I have offered for 20 years. With the use of essential oils and working with spinal fascia your body has renewed energy to recover and heal from just about anything! This is a full body massage that is a slower light touch with breathing techniques. It is now offered with the accompaniment of red light therapy that further enhances your mitochondria to release waste and absorption nutrients, reducing inflammation by supporting the lymph system. This is a vital function for our bodies but with societal stress and sedentary lifestyle, we lose the ability to maintain this level of health which lends itself to chronic aging conditions. Through my own health journey I have learned many valuable skills of detox for improving my body and that allows me the opportunity to share with my clients. Just to mention a few, I have taken multiple courses in Reflexology, Quantum Touch, Skin Rejuvenation, Sound Therapy in addition to my previous licensing as a Manicurist and Esthetician. I’ll be attending my first official Fascia Academy workshop in January. Fascia has only been studied for 20 years by industry professionals and medical professionals.
