Spent some time with flamingos while I was at and it has me thinking about moving through life more like a flamingo. 🦩
Flamingos are proud of their beauty, graceful, flexible, balanced, have incredible posture, enjoy community, can speak their minds, and immediately retreat under their wings to enjoy peace and silence.

Soaking in the in between, endings and beginnings, what has been done and what is still to come. This is my season and I’m bursting with excitement for what 2026 will bring.
Every year I choose a word that will guide me through every decision. Last year the word was EX*****ON and holy crap I executed a lot! It was time to bring so many ideas to life and I’m so proud of all I accomplished.
My word for 2026 is ALIGNMENT. If it’s not aligned with my highest good and goals, it’s a no!
