Tiffany Pham, owner of Beautify Brows, is a licensed Esthetician in the state of California and graduated from Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Art in Hollywood, CA in 2004. Tiffany has spent over 10 years crafting her art and shaping thousands of perfect brows at a high-end Cosmetics Makeup & Brow Studio in Newport Beach, CA. After some of her clients began asking for permanent eyebrow makeup to treat sparse/fair eyebrows due to over-plucking, chemotherapy, and lackluster pencils, Tiffany decided to get certified in Semi Permanent Makeup Artistry for Eyebrows, Eyeliner, Eyelash and Lip Enhancement. She has received Permanent Makeup Master Training certifications from some of the best instructors from Beverly Hills to the UK in order to further provide her clients with the brows, eyeliners, and lips they’ve been dreaming of.As an artist, Tiffany takes pride in the creativity of her work. Her passion for beauty is driven by the desire to help women look and feel their best.

Before every procedure, Tiffany consults with each client individually, considering bone structure and personal preferences in order to ensure that her clients receive the best possible results.
