Freekind is teaming up with the Norfolk Run Club on Sunday, July 26, at 8:00 AM for a FREE community run that's open to everyone. After the run, stop by the Freekind table to learn how to recognize the warning signs of human trafficking, support prevention efforts, and help protect youth in our community.

Rain? No problem. 🌧️💪 The weather couldn’t stop us from putting in the work! Another great session in the books, and we wrapped it up with an awesome yoga collab led by Goddess Of Fire to recover, reset, and get stronger. 🧘🏾♀️🏃🏾♂️
