Southern Belle Fungus LLC

New date. Same exhale. 🤎🍄‍🟫☕️

The Southern Exhale has officially moved to Saturday, September 26, and I’m still really looking forward to seeing you all.

I’ll be leading the guided tea experience at The Southern Exhale: A Black Rest & Tea Experience, presented by the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals.

This is an afternoon for us to slow down, eat some good Southern comfort food, drink tea, learn something, and reconnect with ourselves and with each other.

I’ll be talking about functional mushrooms, holistic wellness, and small practices we can actually sustain in our everyday lives.

We’re going to taste tea, use our five senses, reflect, color, complete a few activities, and even make our own tea bags to take home. I don’t want this to feel like a lecture. I want us to experience what we’re learning.

Because sometimes we’re so busy moving, working, and taking care of everything that we forget to stop and pay attention to what our bodies and our senses have been trying to tell us.

And we get to do all of this right by the water at Thyme on the River in Portsmouth. 🤎

Best part? The Southern Exhale is FREE and open to the public.

📅 NEW DATE: Saturday, September 26, 2026

Come pour back into yourself with me.

This smile powered by fungi, faith, and “I told you so” energy. 😌 Hello November 🙂‍↕️

I wasn’t expecting this… but I’m honored to be nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2025 Black Diamond Weekend.

From growing mushrooms to growing a business, it’s been a wild (and humbling) journey. Thank you to everyone who’s supported Southern Belle Fungus especially when no one was watching.

I’m just getting started. Hit the link and vote for me. 🤘🏽🫶🏽🥰
