Big news in women’s health! Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is getting a fresh look — and the changes are empowering.

For years, HRT carried heavy warning labels about risks like heart disease, stroke, and dementia. But in November 2025, the FDA officially removed the “black box” warnings after reviewing updated science.

Why does this matter?

Because as I have been telling my patents for the past several months since I started the BHRT academy and studying all things hormone and testosterone:

HRT in almost all cases brings relief from menopause symptoms: HRT helps ease hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and sleep issues.
