Hi, I’m Alayni, the owner of The Look Beauty Salon.

I’m a young woman with big goals. Owning a salon has always been a dream of mine, and the way everything fell into place made me realize it was truly meant to be.

I’m so grateful to have been given this opportunity by Natacia Grube. She saw my potential and helped guide me through every step along the way.

Now that this dream is finally becoming a reality, it’s time to bring my vision to life. My goal for this salon is to create a space where everyone feels welcome the second they walk through the door. I want every client to feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to enjoy taking time for themselves during their service.

I truly can’t wait to bring a fresh look to this space and welcome new faces in. Follow along for more updates you won’t want to miss🥂

A heartfelt announcement....

After almost 15 years as the salon owner of Etche Hair Studio.. the time has come for me to close this chapter of my life. The opportunity could not have been turned down, especially when my family needs me the most 🖤 With this comes the retirement of Etche Hair Studio. Thank you to my Family, wonderful clients and the renters that I've had the pleasure of working side by side with! You all have played a huge role in the studio's success!

This is not goodbye for me... I will continue serving my clients, just not as the owner! I am looking forward to seeing Alayni in her new role and seeing her bring her energy and fresh perspective! We still have some work to do and some changes to be made but the transition will take place in June! Stay tuned ✨
