🍓🎀

I’m excited to be part of Mama Fest 2026 on October 24th from 1–5 PM at Ambition Salon Suites!

There will be several great vendors there, and I’ll be representing She Rises Psychiatry with information about women’s mental health, along with free gift bags while supplies last.

I’ll also be giving away one FREE Perinatal Mental Health Planning Session with me—a $300 value!

Perinatal Mental Health Planning Sessions are a new offering at She Rises Psychiatry. I created them because I believe we need to do more than respond once a mom is already struggling. There is tremendous value in education, preparation, and prevention before a mental health crisis develops.

The winner will receive an individualized session of up to two hours where we will discuss personal and family mental health history, individual risk factors, warning signs you and your support person should know, protecting sleep, developing a support plan, and current medications and what the research says about their use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The winner will also receive a printed copy of my 51-page Perinatal Mental Health Handbook to keep, take notes in, and use as a resource throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

We spend so much time preparing for the baby—the nursery, the registry, the birth plan, feeding, childcare—but how much time do we spend preparing for Mom’s mental health?

Pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns don’t always look the way people expect. Having a plan before you’re struggling can help you and the people around you recognize changes sooner, understand when something may be more than the expected adjustment to motherhood, and know where to turn if additional support is needed.

The planning session does not establish psychiatric care with me and is not a psychiatric evaluation, medication-management appointment, or therapy session. It is dedicated time for individualized education, awareness, prevention, and preparation.

This is also a unique opportunity to meet me and see the She Rises Psychiatry space before ever scheduling an appointment. I know reaching out to a mental health provider can feel like a big step. This gives you a chance to see the environment, learn more about how I practice, and decide whether She Rises might be a good fit for what you’re looking for.

If you decide you’d like to take the next step, you can scan the QR code while you’re there, provide some basic information, and receive the intake packet on the spot. You can look it over and complete it when you’re ready.

And an important reminder: Mama Fest is for ALL mothers, in ALL stages of motherhood. You do not have to be pregnant, postpartum, or have a new baby to come. Whether your babies are little, grown, or somewhere in between, you are welcome.

Come out to Mama Fest, visit the other great vendors, stop by She Rises Psychiatry, grab a gift bag while they last, enter the drawing, and take a look around the space.

I’d love the opportunity to meet you!

“He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.”
Isaiah 40:11 KJV

A little celestial. A little serpentine. A little “don’t touch my spell book.” 🐍🌙✨

Creamy n**e, slithering black details, tiny golden stars and moons… basically what happens when your autumn manicure enters its witchy apothecary era.

Built over structured hard gel for strength and architecture underneath all that pretty.

For the girls whose idea of fall is less pumpkin patch and more old books, candlelight, dried herbs & something mysterious brewing in the woods. 🌿🕯️

Ready for your autumn transformation? Book your Dragonfly appointment before spooky season disappears. 🍂🖤

Red velvet, reimagined for autumn. 🍷✨

A rich wine-toned cat eye layered with tonal leopard detailing gives this hard gel set depth, movement, and just enough edge without losing that polished, elevated finish.

The kind of autumn manicure that doesn’t need pumpkins or leaves to feel perfectly seasonal. 🍂

Detailed prep. Refined structure. Intentional design.
That’s the Dragonfly difference.

Autumn appointments are filling quickly, with the holiday season right behind them. Reserve yours now through the booking link. 🤎

I’m going to add everything in the comments below with photos, prices and quantities available so you can shop right from this post.

Some items I only have 2–3 of, while others were stocked specifically for the festival. Once something is gone, I can’t promise I’ll have more before the holidays.

I’ll update quantities and mark things SOLD OUT as we go.

And for anyone who has been curious about FarmHouse Fresh but isn’t sure where to start, ask me. Tell me what your skin needs, what scents you like, who you’re shopping for, or your budget and I’ll happily help point you toward something. 🌿
