I love reusing things we already have instead of buying new. I previously built an apothecary box out of soap loaf molds, but had no use for the lids. Recently, Bison Mountain Works helped me turn those loaf mold lids into this sign for markets. They did a beautiful job bringing this vision to life ❣️

Important Product Update & Refund Notice

To our valued customers,

As a small business owner, you never want to have to make a post like this, but I feel it’s important to make you aware of an issue involving our recent tallow lotion collaboration.

During a routine inspection of my own product, I noticed spots that raised concerns about the lotion's quality and consistency. Out of an abundance of caution, I have immediately pulled all remaining inventory and am asking customers to discontinue use of this product until further notice.

At this time, the lotions, along with the ingredients used in their production, are being sent for testing and evaluation to determine the cause of the issue. While I do not yet have definitive answers, I believe it is important to be proactive and transparent.

As a precaution, I will be issuing full refunds to all customers who purchased this lotion.
* Customers who purchased with a card or electronic payment connected to Shopify will automatically receive a refund through my Shopify store.
* If you do not receive a refund notification immediately following this notice, or if you paid using another method, please contact me directly so I can arrange your refund.

Once testing and evaluation are complete, future batches will undergo additional testing prior to being offered for sale and replacements will be sent at no cost.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as I work to gather more information. The quality of the products I offer and the satisfaction of my customers are extremely important to me.
