How can you not wake up today with a heavy heart 💔

In a world that often feels divided, the need for peace has never been more pressing. Violence, whether physical or emotional, erodes trust, breeds fear, and stifles progress. To create lasting change, we must take conscious steps toward reducing violence and fostering a culture of peace.

We need to do better ☮️

Summer is a magical season ☀️

The solstice is often associated with finding balance in life, both physically and metaphorically.
The solstice can be a time for both introspection and reflection mirroring the Earth’s pause at its peak before beginning its return. It’s an opportunity to find balance between the extremes of light and darkness, activity and rest, acknowledging what no longer serves and embracing new beginnings.
In essence, the summer solstice is a time to celebrate the abundance of light and energy and to use this energy to cultivate balance in all aspects of life.
