Once upon a workday at Salon Evolve ✨

The lights are on, the coffee is brewing (again), and the scissors are already snipping.

In Julia's chair foils are flying, stories are being told, and somehow everyone leaves knowing way more about each other than when they sat down. Her chair isn’t just for hair… it’s for laughter, connection, and feeling right at home.

A few steps away, Sandy is deep in her zone - steady hands, sharp eye, magic happening strand by strand. She makes it look effortless, but we all know it’s skill, heart, and a whole lot of experience behind that smile.

Across the room Lupita is over there perfecting the details. Polishing, refining, making sure every guest feels confident walking out the door. She’s calm, intentional, and quietly brilliant.

Right behind Lupita, Christina is in her element. Blow dryer in one hand, brush in the other, confidence turned all the way up. She’s creating lived-in, effortless beauty while making it look way easier than it actually is. Equal parts talent and heart, Christina’s chair is where transformation happens inside and out.

After a little looking around, you'll find Tiffany. Rarely does she evvvver "take a minute" but today shes getting pampered. The redhead with the rollers in her hair, juggling paperwork, placing orders, answering questions, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. Arms full, mind racing, doing all the owner things that keep this place running smoothly.

In between it all:
Foils crinkle.
Blow dryers hum.
Coffee spills (oops).
Laughter echoes.
We may look a little like cartoons lately, big smiles, busy hands, exaggerated energy, but, the love we pour into this place is very real.

Salon Evolve isn’t just where we do hair.
It’s where we build relationships, support one another, and create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and full of life.
Come for the hair.
Stay for the people.
Leave feeling like part of the story. 💛✂️

Hair that’s cared for, shaped with intention, and worn with confidence.. Thats what we strive for behind the chair

Ever wonder how Salon Evolve is set up and why it works so well?
Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look ✨

Salon Evolve is a curated space for independent beauty professionals. Each of our stylists operate their own business within the salon, meaning, they set their own pricing, availability, and services.

While we are independent, we truly work as a team, and that’s something we’re REALLY proud of. We support one another, collaborate together, and intentionally create a welcoming environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, care, and attention for every guest who walks through our doors.

Salon Evolve is a place where individuality is celebrated, talent is respected, and culture truly matters.

If you ever need help finding the right fit, we’re always happy to guide you 🤍

Just Lupita, doing her thing—making people feel seen, comfortable, and beautiful. 🤍
Steady hands. Kind heart. Beautiful results.

Behind the chair is exactly where she shines.

Laughter, stories, and a whole lot of love fill Sandy's chair every day. Her guests don’t just come in for great hair… They come for the fun, the connection, and the feeling of being right at home. ✨

✨ Why we recommend a double cleanse ✨
The first shampoo breaks down oil, sweat, and product buildup. The second truly cleanses the scalp.
✔️ Healthier scalp
✔️ Better absorption of conditioner + styling products
✔️ Cleaner hair that stays fresh longer
Trust us on this one, your hair can feel the difference.
