Sometimes we suck at the thing we’re being called to do. 🌿
And that’s not a sign to stop. It’s the invitation.
We hide from our greatness all the time. We tell ourselves we’re waiting until we feel ready, until it’s polished, until it comes naturally. But that’s often perfectionism in disguise, quietly keeping us safe and stuck.
Here’s the truth: not everything we’re meant to grow into will feel organic or easy. Some of it will be clumsy. Some of it will humble you. That awkward, “I’m not good at this yet” phase is the doorway, not the dead end.
The thing you’re avoiding because you’re afraid of doing it badly? That may be exactly where your next level lives.
So dig in. Be a beginner. Let it be messy. Your greatness isn’t waiting on the other side of perfect. It’s waiting on the other side of *practice*. ✨

Your nervous system isn’t broken. It may be asking for more than medication alone can give. 🌿
Medication helps so many people. But if you’ve done everything “right” and still feel wired, heavy, or worn out, you deserve more than one tool.
I’m Rev. Denise, a Clinical Alchemist, and I’m joining Fiorella at Restoration Ranch in Sparta, NJ.
✨ Every Tuesday + Thursday
✨ Starting 10/6
✨ Reiki Harmony sessions to support your nervous system naturally, alongside the care you’re already receiving
Medicine and magic. Science and spirit. Both belong at the table.

It’s official 🥳 I am a **Master of Science in Acupuncture (MSAc)**! Today I walked the stage, and my heart is overflowing. 🎓✨
These past 4 years have been an initiation. They stretched me, broke me open, and rebuilt me. I’m not the same woman who began this path. I’ve become a more skilled practitioner, a more compassionate healer, and a truer version of my soul. 🌙
This journey has changed how I see dis-ease, in my own body and in my patients. I no longer see it as something to fight or fix. I see it as a sacred message, energy out of harmony, the body’s wisdom calling us back to ourselves. Every symptom is a whisper from the spirit, and every person carries a story written in their qi. I’m humbled to help them listen. 🌀
I’m so grateful to everyone who held space for me along the way, and to the ancestors and guides who walked beside me. 💛 I step forward now with an open heart and deep trust in what’s still unfolding. This is only the beginning. 🌿
