Being a working mom while building a business is one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Some days it feels impossible trying to balance motherhood, long work days, running a team, answering everyone’s needs, and still finding time for yourself somewhere in between. The truth is there’s no perfect balance. Some days the salon gets more of me, some days my family does, and most days I’m just doing my best to hold it all together with love and determination.
But everything I’m building is for them. For the life I want my children to have. For them to grow up seeing what hard work, passion, and resilience look like. I want them to know that dreams are still possible after becoming a mom — if anything, becoming a mother gave me even more reason to chase them harder.
To every working mom out there: whether you run a business, work long shifts, stay up late worrying, or feel guilty for never feeling like you’re doing enough… I see you. We carry so much while still showing up every single day. Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and powerful all at once.
