A true story of how Frost & Float Spa made a life-changing difference.
As a comedian performing 3 to 4 nights a week, Steve struggled with sleepless nights and the toll it took on his body. He didn’t realize how much he needed to take care of himself until he found us.
Through floating, Steve finally discovered deep rest, and with the sauna, he found balance and recovery. Today, he’s sleeping better, performing stronger, and showing up fully in his life.
