I wish I could see every version of myself I once was line up against a wall. 🥹🤍

The woman who thought she had it all figured out.
The mother who put everyone else first.
The woman who smiled when her world was falling apart.
The one who cried in private and showed up anyway.
The one who had to start over when starting over was the last thing she wanted to do.

I’d walk up to every single one of them, hug them a little tighter, and whisper, “Thank you for not giving up on us.”

Because every version of me, even the ones I barely recognize anymore, got me here.

Some fascinating research suggests that Botox may have antidepressant effects, particularly when injected into the glabellar muscles (those pesky 11s between your brows).

The theory? 🤓 By relaxing the muscles responsible for frowning, Botox may interrupt facial feedback signals that influence how we experience emotions.

And yes, some clinical studies have reported improvements in depressive symptoms. 🧠✨

As a physician and injector, I find the connection between facial expressions, the brain, and mood absolutely fascinating.

Does this mean Botox replaces therapy or antidepressants? Absolutely not. It’s an emerging area of research, not an FDA-approved treatment for depression.

But smoother skin AND potentially interesting effects on mood? Now THAT’S something worth smiling about. 😉

No one is more efficient than a mother building a business with big dreams and no time to waste.

Because when you’re a mom, a physician, a business owner—and somehow still trying to have a life—you learn pretty quickly that there is no such thing as “finding the time.”

You make the time.

You answer emails in the car line.

You build the dream after the kids go to bed.

And somehow, you keep going.

Not because it’s easy.
