Firstly happy new years to all my clients may this year bring you lots of blessings !!!!

Here’s a few reminders

When booking a chemical service there will be a deposit of 50% as I’ve had some not show up or completely ignore my messages. I confirm 3-4 Days in advance to make sure you’re still coming to the scheduled apt. So I can get supplies needed. My cancellation policy is 72 hours, if I reach out to you multiple times without any response OR leave me on seen your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will NOT be returned. My time is money just like anyone else’s. Treat your stylist time like you would your DRs or any other business !

Communication is key !!!

I run a in-home salon suite therefore I get supplies according to what I will need for that service, if you don’t confirm the apt I will not get the supplies needed. Some color or chemicals have limited shelf life.

My days and times are limited but I’m always willing to work with a guest outside my availability if I can accommodate them.

I can do house calls for a fee and depending on the service and distance. I’m located in Niagara Falls, NY.

I appreciate all my clients the new and the ones who have supported me since day one !
