Therapeutic Touch Massage Therapy

Struggling with numbness, tingling, pain, or restricted movement? Peripheral nerve manual therapy may help restore comfort and function naturally.

Lee Williams, LMT at TTMT in Niantic, CT specializes in a targeted peripheral nerve manual therapy technique called dermoneuromodulation.

This gentle, hands-on therapy works with the skin and nervous system to help reduce pain, improve movement, and calm sensitivity in the body. Unlike deep tissue techniques, DNM uses light touch to communicate with the nervous system and encourage healthier movement patterns. This approach may help with:

• Chronic pain
• Nerve sensitivity
• Tingling or numbness
• Headaches
• Scar tissue discomfort
• Restricted movement
• Stress-related tension

Book your session today and experience the benefits of therapeutic care tailored to your needs.

There is availability this week for Neuromuscular Therapy with Erin Owens, LMT on 1/22, 1/23, and 1/24!

Erin’s approach is a combination of John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach (MFR) and Lee Albert's Integrated Positional Therapy Protocol (IPT). These techniques complement each other to work gently with the neuromuscular system to soften the fascia, restore muscle balance, decrease pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing and homeostasis in the body; addressing both the physical fascial restrictions and the neurological "holding patterns" that keep the body stuck. Each session is customized for the body’s specific needs. These sessions are especially powerful for people with chronic pain, trauma patterns, or nervous-system dysregulation. Available in 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.
