Next Thursday 4/13, EVENING class is cancelled. I am having Lasik that day. Early morning class is still on though!
The following week, please bear with me as I recover and take it easy in class. Trust me, YOU will still get the workout you came for, but I have to minimize my sweating to protect my eyes.
See you in class!

Do you track your workout data? I find it helpful to track so I can see what’s working and what’s not. Also, I track to hold myself accountable to my workouts. I crave the burn.
