This year, I’m celebrating with a pretty special new chapter: FIT FLOW STUDIO is scheduled to open November 2! 🎉

After 25 years in fitness, I’m so excited to bring you the Fit Flow Method: semi-private athletic Reformer Pilates blending traditional Pilates with strength training on the Reformer. Two clients per session, personalized coaching, and the flow you already know and love from me. 🔥

I’ll be sharing the beautiful space created by Sonia Galea , right across from the Niceville High School parking lot on Cedar Avenue. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to make this space part of my next chapter!

We’ll start with Pilates at sunset, then settle in for a beautiful picnic set up by Beachside Picnics with charcuterie and more. 🌅
