I'm so OVER this 😭

I went and seen my surgeon last week.
I'm in physical therapy for at least 4 more weeks my physical therapist is working on my frozen shoulder.
I'm hoping to be back sometime in February 2023

Just a quick update I'm still in physical therapy until January when I go back and see my surgeon. I'll know more when I can go back to work

Just an update I will be starting physical therapy on Wednesday.
I'll keep everyone updated

Seen my surgeon last Thursday I'm officially out of my sling!
I start physical therapy in 2 weeks!

I went and seen my Orthopedic Dr today
Dr. Stone said I'll be in the sling for 6 weeks and physical therapy after that.

Update
Surgery went well as to be expected.
The surgeon said I had a lot of bone fragments.

Just wanted to give you an update.
I have scheduled my surgery 7 September.

Seen the Orthopedic Surgeon today the damage is more than they thought 😭😭
My surgery is 07 September 2022.
