Bella & Beyond

8 years ago we made a decision to build a studio about the hubby’s to be shop. About a year and a half after that, and 6 years ago this month, I opened the doors to Bella & Beyond. Owning my own studio that combined two my passions was something never dreamt of until my best friend Tara Phillips-Boze , who is more like a sister if I’m being honest, suggested putting a studio on the second floor.

This year has been my busiest and most successful to date. Needless to say, I’m exhausted 🤣. With 250ish sewing clients on the books as of today (and the year isn’t quite over), I guess it’s warranted! That being said, for the 2027 season another change I’m making, other than limiting the types of jobs I’m taking, will be the NUMBER of clients I’ll be taking on! As of now, I’m cutting that number roughly in half. Of course, as the season progresses that number may increase (or decrease depending on how things go). My suggestion to all upcoming brides or other formalwear clients is to please reach out asap to get on my calendar. My rates will also be increasing for anyone booking AFTER January 1, 2027. So, here’s your incentive to reach out now rather than waiting until you have a dress ordered or in hand. Just letting me know you’re going to need alterations is enough, we don’t even need to book an appointment! But if you chose to that works too and I’m always happy to reschedule free of charge if your dress doesn’t arrive when expected or something comes up as I know scheduling life 6+ months out is crazy business!

I can’t thank my past and current clients enough for helping me make this dream come true! I’m looking forward to 2027 and all it has in store!

Angela Chace found her amazing Morilee New York gown at Anderson's Bride in Anchorage. This beautiful June bride said “I do!” at Lakeside Falls | Event Venue in Sterling! We LOVE when a bride has multiple looks for her wedding day! We think this lace topper elevated her ceremony look beautifully!
