This might be a long post… so bear with me! It’s BREAST CANCER AWARNESS MONTH.💗💗💗💗Get your mammograms 40+ ladies. You have NO EXCUSE not to. They are free!! Maybe you think they hurt and that is stopping you??? Well how much do you think Breat Cancer hurts??? Also how much will it hurt friends and family once you’re gone ?? And honestly, in my experience over the last 15 years, I have never had one that hurt. I would rather have 100 mammograms a year than one Pap smear.. but that’s just me. 
Maybe your embarrassed about your body. Get over it. It only lasts a few minutes. These people do this all the time. They don’t care about your body or your b***s. And it’s not like you’re naked… you’re in a gown the whole time, they do one breast at a time.
Maybe you don’t want to get judged
because you’re overweight, or you smoke, or you drink a little much. Which are the three big Breast Cancer no-no’s. But these are radiologist. They’re not going even ask you these questions, they are not going to ask you about your lifestyle. You go in, you change into a gown, they take you back and your done in 5 minutes..
Maybe you think you don’t have time?? How much time is chemo, radiation and surgery? I make an appointment, and usually I’m there maybe 15-20 minutes total.
NO EXCUSES. Get your mammograms. On another note, get your Pap smear’s too..
Cancer that can kill you can be found early if you get your yearly paps.
