Fraud Mug Update!

So after 18 emails back and forth with this joke of a company Clara San Diego heres where the mug situation is:

They have offered to refund some of my money and just let me keep the mug. I said no, I just want to return it for a refund since its not what Inordered. They said you can return it but they want ME to pay for the return shipping and fees to swnd it back to China… no thank you.

Per their return policy on the website, if the return is do to an issue on their end they will pay the return shipping fees… clearly this is the case with this mug.

I sent them a screenshot of their own return policy which they will not honor… at this point its a matter of principal so they dont keep ripping people off. Then they tried to say that there will be variations in the product descriptions since they are “hand made one by one” 😂

Nah, that’s not gonna work here!

I filed a fraud case with my banking institution since they won’t return this item.

I get an email from Clara San Diego today saying there is a chargeback for my order and they wish that I would have contacted them first so they could have resolved the situation to my liking 😂😂🤦🏼‍♂️… to which I responded and sent a screen shot of the last 18 emails I have sent them 😉

Funny thing is, the person that sent this email is the same person that responded tonprobably more than 5 of the last 18 emails I sent.

So this is exactly why you do business with conpanies you know, like, and trust and not random companies over the internet.

Hope everyone has found a little laughter in this situation. Sometimes you just have to stick up for even little things so others don’t keep getting taken advantage of.

Please send this to all of the people you know so they know not to order from this fake company Clara San Diego.

(By the way, I was the one on these emails not my wife. The order was under here name so that is why the emails say Jaclyn from them)

I just wanted to wish my much better half a very happy 15th anniversary!
