The holidays are coming, and appointments are filling quickly! Don’t forget to schedule your hair appointment. Listed below is our new cancellation policy, thank you for your continued support.

We understand that last minute emergencies come up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require a 24 hour notice from time of the appointment.

Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time are charged $40 for a rescheduling fee. No call no shows will be charged in full to reschedule.

We understand life happens. This cancellation policy helps us to better serve our established and future clientele as well as respect our livelihood and keep our schedules filled. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you!

As we start the busy holiday season we would like to remind our wonderful clients of a few things...

*Please wait in your car when you arrive at the salon, you can call or text us to let us know you’ve arrived.

*Please wear a mask!

*Please do not bring anyone with you to your appt, we cannot have any extra people in the salon at this time.

*If you’re feeling sick or have any Covid symptoms please reschedule!

We feel everything has went very smoothly since we reopened! We are so thankful for you all!!

As of right now Hair Xpressions Salon will be open. Things could quickly change depending on the current situation. To keep our numbers under 10 people in the salon at once we are asking that you don’t bring children or other adults with you. If you aren’t feeling well we are also asking that you reschedule your appts. We are taking extra precautions to keep our salon as germ free as possible! Thank you!!!

To insure we can service all of our clients before the holiday rush, we are requesting a 48 hour cancelation notice. While we know there are circumstances that arise, we will require a deposit for your next appointment without the 48 hr notice.
