🖤 LASH ARTIST OPPORTUNITY — TOR BEAUTY 🖤

I’m looking for a lash artist who wants to grow their clientele and build their lash business in a commission-based position at TOR Beauty.

Availability would be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and some Saturdays/Sundays, but these are NOT required set workdays. You would only come in when you have appointments, so there is plenty of flexibility.

The #1 question I get is: “Will you already have clients lined up for me?”

And the honest answer is no — and I don’t want to promise something I can’t guarantee.

After doing lashes for 10 years, I’ve learned that transferring clients to another artist can be difficult. Clients become attached not only to their lash sets, but to their artist, the conversations, the friendship, the vibe, and the way that specific person works. Even with my own established clientele, I can’t guarantee that every client will choose to stay with the artist taking over for me.

Finding the right person for this position has been a process, but I have faith that there is someone out there who is the perfect fit for this opportunity. 🖤

What I CAN offer you is the support and knowledge to build your own clientele. 🖤

I’ll help guide you on attracting clients, retaining them, improving your lash sets, building your books, and navigating the things I’ve learned over the last 10 years in this industry.

I’m looking for someone who is motivated and genuinely wants to build something of their own, while having support along the way.
