If you've known me for a while, you may remember when this page was mostly hair.

And if you're new, you might be wondering how hair, Reiki, hypnosis, coaching, and crystals all ended up in the same place.

The truth is, I've never really changed. I've just continued learning.

I've been a hairstylist for nearly two decades and a salon owner for over 10 years. Along the way, I became a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor, hypnosis practitioner, relationship coach, and ordained minister.

At first glance, those things may seem unrelated.

But after years of working with people, I've realized they all have something in common.

People come to me during life's transitions.

Sometimes they need gray coverage.

Sometimes they need a fresh haircut after a difficult season.

Sometimes they need a safe place to relax, reflect, heal, or reconnect with themselves.

Whether someone sits in my salon chair or walks into my office, my goal is the same:
