Having owned a larger Medspa, Jenny realized that the #1 thing that her clients were seeking was the personalized time and attention of their esthetician/technician. In a large, bustling facility, with several clients scheduled at a time, it can sometimes be hard to provide that for each and every client, many of them feeling rushed.
