Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment because all sessions start promptly on the hour! We are TN first official Himalayan Salt Therapy Cave Room!
We have over 12 Thousand pounds of Himalayan salt in our cave room and we also blow salt into the air with a generator! This gives you a hypo bacteria free air environment to simulate that of the Ukraine salt caves! This type of treatment which has been used for centuries is known to help people alleviate symptoms of asthma, allergies, respiratory problems, anxiety, skin aliments such as ache, eczema, psoriasis, COPD, arthritis and to keep up immune systems. We have seen people say that they have noticed huge changes in their health since coming here! Please call the cave @615-776-2522 if we could answer any questions you may have.
